Procurement and Supplier Standards

This page explains how we approach procurement support, supplier sourcing, comparisons, introductions and commercial recommendations.

Last updated: August 2026

1. How we make recommendations

Recommendations are based on the client's stated requirements and relevant commercial considerations such as cost, capability, risk, delivery and fit. We may research, compare or introduce third party suppliers as part of that work.

2. Client decisions

The client remains responsible for deciding whether to enter into a contract with any third party, and for carrying out any checks the client considers necessary. An introduction is not a guarantee of a supplier's performance, pricing, compliance or suitability.

3. Disclosure of interests

Where we have a material commercial relationship, referral arrangement, commission or other interest that could reasonably influence a recommendation, that interest will be disclosed appropriately to the client.

4. What we are not

ProHub Group is a business advisory and transformation consultancy. We are not a regulated procurement authority, a law firm or a financial adviser, and our support does not replace regulated legal or financial advice.
