ProHub Compass
Diagnose first.
Implement second.
Compass is our internal business diagnostic and transformation methodology. It is how we understand an organisation properly before recommending a CRM, an automation, a new system or any other change.

What Compass assesses
Seven areas, reviewed together.
Business problems rarely sit in one place. A conversion problem is often a process problem; a reporting problem is often a data problem. Compass reviews these areas as one connected picture rather than in isolation.

The questions we answer first
We understand how the business really works before recommending technology.
How do enquiries actually enter the business, and who owns them?
Where is customer and project information stored, and who can find it?
What happens after first contact, and how consistent is follow-up?
Where are opportunities lost, and can anyone measure it?
Which processes are manual only because nobody has revisited them?
What does leadership need to see, and how is that reporting produced?
Only once those answers are clear do we recommend CRM, automation, booking systems, reporting, process change, procurement activity or governance work, and we are just as willing to recommend doing less.
The Compass method
Understand → Assess → Recommend → Implement → Review
01
Understand
We start with the business, not the solution. How work arrives, how it is delivered, where it slows down and what leadership actually needs.
02
Assess
We assess processes, systems, commercial activity, governance and capacity, and identify where the real constraints sit.
03
Recommend
We set out proportionate, prioritised recommendations with realistic sequencing, cost and effort, not a wish list.
04
Implement
Where appropriate we deliver the work: processes, systems, policies, CRM, automation, procurement activity and project support.
05
Review
We review what changed, what is being used, what is measurable and what should happen next.
A clear picture
How work enters, moves through and leaves the organisation, documented rather than assumed.
Prioritised recommendations
What to fix first, what can wait, and what should not be bought at all.
A route to implementation
Sequenced, costed and realistic against the capacity the organisation genuinely has.
Compass is a ProHub Group methodology used within client engagements. Internal scoring we use to prioritise our own work is not published.
