Data, Technology and AI Standards

This page explains how we approach technology, automation and artificial intelligence in our work.

Last updated: August 2026

1. Where technology and AI may be used

We may use technology and artificial intelligence to assist with appropriate tasks, including:

  • Research
  • Administration
  • Summarising information
  • Preparing first drafts
  • CRM processes
  • Workflow automation
  • Business analysis
  • Reporting
  • Organising project information

2. Human review

We do not treat AI-generated material as automatically correct. Important client recommendations, commercial decisions and sensitive work remain subject to appropriate human review before they are relied upon or shared.

3. Handling information

The nature and sensitivity of information is considered when selecting the technology used during an engagement. Confidential client information is not automatically placed into third party AI tools, and where a client has specific requirements about the tools used, those should be agreed as part of the engagement.

4. Limits

No technology is free from error and no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We take reasonable and proportionate steps, but we do not promise absolute cybersecurity or error-free AI output.
