Conflicts of Interest

We work with clients, suppliers, partners and other organisations across related markets, so potential conflicts of interest need to be considered openly.

Last updated: August 2026

1. Identifying conflicts

Potential conflicts are considered before an engagement begins and kept under review as work progresses, including where we support organisations operating in the same or adjacent markets.

2. Disclosure and management

Where a material conflict exists, we assess the situation and, where appropriate, disclose it to the relevant client so that the client can decide how to proceed. Practical measures such as separating work, limiting information flows or adjusting scope may be used where they are appropriate.

3. Declining or discontinuing work

Where a conflict cannot reasonably be managed, we may decline the engagement or discontinue it. We do not claim complete independence in circumstances where we have disclosed commercial relationships that are relevant to the work.
